Greetings, friend!

Today, I am discussing Sodom and Gomorrah. And, no, I am NOT talking about homosexuality. We all have our opinions about that and then there is the scientific evidence of at least THREE sexes. So let sleeping dogs alone there...

I am talking today about extreme lust. Call it super lust if you want to.

This lust is worse than the lust spoken of previously. In the decades before the flood there was lust, but it was just a touch of super lust. This form of extreme lust described in ancient texts includes immoral acts toward both humans and other beings - acts that are spiritually destructive. Ancient accounts mention acts such as bestiality and encounters with demonic spirits, often referred to in mythologies and religious texts. Once you tasted it, you cannot stop - you just want more and more and more... It encompasses acts of violence and exploitation - crossing moral boundaries in the worst ways.

Many texts have interpreted their sin as involving various forms of lust - beyond any single behavior, it was their complete surrender to corruption. They had so much lust, a super lust, that when the angels arrived to bring the prophet Lot the news that his mission is completed and the judgment on the sinning city is about to be completed, they lusted after them! They were so besotted with creatures that they were not even interested in Lot's daughters.

The problem with super lust is that it is as bad as serving Satan. You cannot redeem yourself or force yourself to break the curse (yes, it is!) - you need help or you would die (either of a venereal disease or total exhaustion).

Just like serving Satan, if you're seeking redemption, we  encouraged to reach out to a trusted spiritual leader or faith community for guidance and support...

TODAY'S QUESTION:
Do you have super lust?

Forgiveness and a new life is waiting for you!

You would know what to do... GO AND DO IT NOW!
